Message to presenters: Please confirm your participation on the Conference site (deadline extended: Jan. 20th)

Dear colleagues,

Decision of IPC has been added to all abstracts on the Conference site yesterday (after transmition by the Chair in December by e-mail ).

Authors are invited to confirm their participation to the Conference on the Conference site itself by Friday Jan. 20th.:

log in into the Conference site (http://sites-final.uclouvain.be/EAHIL2012/conference/?q=user)
under "My Content", click on "View list of abstracts"
for each abstract, open the page of the abstract (by clicking on the id), and then click on the "Edit" tab (top of the page)
make your choice between the 2 options (yes/no) to answer to the question "I confirm my participation"
click on the save button at bottom of the page
