Preparation of the proceedings

Today, access of authors to the abstracts was blocked in order to prepare the proceedings. All revised abstracts are checked in order to ensure homogeinity; they will then be exported in order to prepare the printed version of the proceedings that will be provided to each attendee.

After the conference, the revised abstracts will be published on the website and a "printer friendly" version will be available for any visitor.

In order to communicate to the different groups participating to the Conference, the LOC now makes use of an Email list manager.

A mobile app for EAHIL2012!

E-mails were from website blocked, problem is now solved

A lot of colleagues wishing to confirm their participation, as presenter, to the Conference encountered problems when asking the site to send their password back: they did not received any e-mail. After less than one working day, the service was available again.

After evaluation, it appeared that the web server settings were changed some times ago so that the e-mails sent by the Conference site were not relayed by the mail server. IT team at UCL has thus adapted the settings and the service is available again.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Decision of IPC has been added to all abstracts on the Conference site yesterday (after transmition by the Chair in December by e-mail ).

Authors are invited to confirm their participation to the Conference on the Conference site itself by Friday Jan. 20th.:
